সিস্টার জিলিয়ান এম রোজকে সম্মাননা প্রদান , Honoring Distinguished Sister Jelian M. Rose

২৪–২৫ অক্টোবর ২০২৫ খ্রিষ্টাব্দে অনুষ্ঠিত সিএমএবি’র বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভার সিদ্ধান্ত অনুযায়ী, ৩০ এপ্রিল ২০২৬ খ্রিষ্টাব্দ তারিখ বিকাল ৪:৩০ মিনিটে মেহেরপুর জেলার মুজিবনগর উপজেলার বল্লভপুর গ্রামের ইম্মানুয়েল চার্চে এক মনোজ্ঞ অনুষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে সিস্টার জিলিয়ান মার্গারেট রোজকে ‘সেবা রত্ন’ স্মারক সম্মাননা প্রদান করা হয়। সিএমএবি’র সভাপতি ডা. মার্টিন হিরণ চৌধুরীর সভাপতিত্বে অনুষ্ঠানে চার্চ অব বাংলাদেশ-এর কুষ্টিয়া ডায়োসিসের বিশপ রাইট রেভারেন্ড হেমেন হালদার মহোদয় প্রধান অতিথি হিসেবে উপস্থিত ছিলেন। অনুষ্ঠানটি সঞ্চালনা করেন ডা. মারভিন অনিক চৌধুরী। সিস্টার জিলিয়ানকে একটি ক্রেস্ট ও শাড়ি প্রদান করা হয় এবং উত্তরীয় পরিয়ে দেওয়া হয়। অনুষ্ঠানে বক্তারা সিস্টার জিলিয়ানের আত্মত্যাগ ও মানবতার সেবায় তাঁর অবদানের ভূয়সী প্রশংসা করেন এবং তাঁর প্রতি ধন্যবাদ ও কৃতজ্ঞতা জ্ঞাপন করেন। সভা শেষে চা-চক্রের আয়োজন করা হয় । Report on the Award Ceremony of “Sheba Ratna” Honor In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of CMAB held on 24–25 October 2025, a special commemorative program was organized on 30 April 2026 at 4:30 PM at Immanuel Church, Ballabhpur village, Mujibnagar Upazila, Meherpur District. On this auspicious occasion, Sister Jillian Margaret Rose was conferred the “Sheba Ratna” (Service Jewel) Memorial Honor in recognition of her outstanding contributions and dedicated service. The program was presided over by CMAB President Dr. Martin Hirok Chowdhury. The Right Rev. Bishop Hemen Halder, Bishop of the Kushtia Diocese of the Church of Bangladesh, graced the event as the Chief Guest. The ceremony was conducted by Dr. Marvin Anik Chowdhury. As part of the honor, Sister Jillian Margaret Rose was presented with a crest, a saree, and an uttorio (ceremonial stole). The speakers present at the event highly commended her lifelong dedication, selfless service, and remarkable contribution to humanity, and expressed their sincere gratitude and appreciation for her work. The program concluded with a cordial tea reception.
