৬৪তম বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা – (CMAB), 64th General Annual Meeting of CMAB -2026

খ্রিষ্টিয়ান মেডিক্যাল এসোসিয়েশন বাংলাদেশ (CMAB) তার ৬৪তম বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা আয়োজন করতে যাচ্ছে, যা ১৫ ও ১৬ মে ২০২৬ তারিখে গাজীপুরের হলি ক্রস পাস্টোরাল ও রিট্রিট সেন্টারে অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। সভাটি শুরু হবে ১৫ মে সকাল ৮:০০ টায় এবং সমাপ্ত হবে ১৬ মে বিকাল ৫:০০ টায়। এই সভায় CMAB-এর সকল সদস্যকে অংশগ্রহণের জন্য আমন্ত্রণ জানানো হয়েছে। সভার মূল কার্যক্রমের মধ্যে থাকবে সংগঠনের বার্ষিক প্রতিবেদন, পরিকল্পনা, আলোচনা এবং গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ। সদস্যদের জন্য বিভিন্ন ক্যাটাগরিতে রেজিস্ট্রেশন ফি নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করতে হবে। এছাড়াও অংশগ্রহণকারীদের জন্য থাকা-খাওয়ার সুবিধা এবং যাতায়াতের জন্য মাইক্রোবাসের ব্যবস্থা থাকবে। আবাসনের জন্য বিভিন্ন ধরনের কক্ষের ব্যবস্থা রয়েছে, যেমন: Standard Single, Couple Room, Shared Room ইত্যাদি, যা প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী বেছে নেওয়া যাবে। কিছু সুবিধা যেমন চ্যাপেল এবং ফ্রি ওয়াই-ফাইও প্রদান করা হবে। সকল সদস্যদের অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে রেজিস্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করে এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বার্ষিক সভায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে। The Christian Medical Association of Bangladesh (CMAB) is going to organize its 64th Annual General Meeting, which will be held on May 15–16, 2026 at the Holy Cross Pastoral and Retreat Center in Bhadun, Pubail, Gazipur. The meeting will begin at 8:00 AM on May 15 and conclude at 4:00 PM on May 16. All members of CMAB are invited to participate in this meeting. The main agenda will include the organization’s annual report, planning, discussions, Election 2026, and important decision-making. Registration fees have been set for members under different categories. Registration must be completed within the specified time. Accommodation, meals, and transportation facilities will also be arranged, including microbus transport from Dhaka for participants. Various types of accommodation will be available, such as Standard Single, Couple Room, and Shared Room, which participants can choose according to their needs. Additional facilities such as a chapel and free Wi-Fi will also be provided. Key decisions from the Executive Committee meeting held on April 30, 2026 are as follows: i) Date and venue of the conference: The CMAB Annual Conference 2026 will be held on May 15–16, 2026 at the Holy Cross Pastoral Center,Vadun Pubail , Gazipur. ii) Registration: Breakfast will begin at 8:00 AM on May 15, and registration will start at the same time. iii) Members who have not yet paid their annual membership fees or have not registered may complete their membership update and registration by May 7 by contacting the Treasurer, Mr. Martin Nath (Phone: +880 1711-129684). However, they will not be eligible to vote, as the Election Commission has already published the final voter list on April 14, 2026. iv) CMAB will bear the transportation costs for members traveling from Dhaka to the venue and back. However, guests will need to pay 900 BDT for round-trip transportation from Dhaka. v) A decision has been made to publish an annual magazine. Members may submit advertisements, poems, health-related information, or articles. All content must be related to CMAB. The submission deadline is April 30, 2026.
